  • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When is the Quicken Loans National?
The 2018  Quicken Loans National will be held June 25-July 1, 2018 at TPC Potomac.

If I’m a returning volunteer, do I need to register again this year?
Yes, you will need to re-register for each new tournament year.

Where can I find my username and password from previous years?
Please email us at [email protected] and we can look up your username and password.

What is the minimum age to volunteer?
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to volunteer at the tournament. Volunteers can be between the ages of 14 and 18 on the standard bearer committee.

Do I have to buy a uniform?
All volunteers are required to purchase a volunteer package for a small fee of $75. This includes a volunteer badge (acts as a ticket for every day of the tournament), parking pass, Nike golf polo, Nike hat, meals on days you work, and five guest tickets (good any one day, Wednesday- Sunday).

Why is there a fee to volunteer?
So that the tournament charities can benefit as much as possible! Your registration payment helps offset the cost of the volunteer package.

How many days would I be expected to work as a volunteer?
Volunteers are asked to work a minimum of three shifts (one shift= 4-6 hours) over the course of tournament week. Some volunteer committees require longer hours, and your committee leader will notify you if this is the situation.

    What do volunteers wear?
Volunteers are expected to wear the provided volunteer polo and hat with khaki pants, skorts or shorts (no cargo style pants or shorts –  shorts must be to knee-length) to keep everyone coordinated while out on course.

When do I pick up my uniform?
Uniform distribution will be held at the Connelly School of the Holy Child in Potomac, Maryland. If you are unable to pick up your uniform during the assigned dates, friends and family can pick up your uniform for you. Dates TBD.

Is there a required training session?
Most committees hold an optional, but highly recommended training session for new and returning volunteers. ShotLink, standard bearer, and walking scorers committees have a mandatory training session. The specific dates and locations for all committees will be announced at a forthcoming date. If your committee is having a committee training session, you will be notified by your captain or chairman ahead of time.
